Dr. Samir Baig is CORE Orthopedics’ pain management doctor.
Dr. Baig completed his residency training in anesthesiology at Medical College of Wisconsin and practiced as a board certified anesthesiologist before turning his focus to pain medicine. He then completed specialization training in pain management at Stanford University, one of the most competitive fellowship programs in the country. Dr. Baig works closely with patients to provide advanced pain management treatment options in a safe, familiar environment.

Dr. Baig is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and a proud member for the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Medical Association, and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

He specializes in spinal injections under fluoroscopy, ultrasound guided nerve and muscle injections, and minimally invasive pain management techniques designed to increase a patient’s quality of life by reducing neck and back pain.

His work has been published in decorated journals such as Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, Nature-Mucosal Immunology, and the Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
